Waste of money

The game is amusing but time is to long to wait to make seeds and hybrid that is boring.
I lost my pots, gems and statuttes after it crashed and the support told me to reinstall but after reading several reviews from other players that they lost everything after reinstalled the game, I hesitated to do it because I might also encounter the same problem, this need to be fix but until now I cant open the game and lost everything I spent with my money
