Game wont open!!!!!

This is really disappointing. I really loved this game but havent been able to play in several months because the app wont open. I have messaged the developers 3 or 4 times and they just keep closing the issue and sending me an email saying theyre aware and working on it. But no updates, no fixes. Not really sure what else to do.

I really did like this game up but then it stopped working and hasnt worked for over a month. Ive tried deleting the app and redownloading but it didnt help at all. Every time I try to open the app my screen goes black for a couple seconds and then goes right back to my home screen. Please fix this!
